Conference room AVANTA and meeting room are located on the 9th floor of the hotel in the restaurant. We offer an excellent place for holding conferences, seminars, trainings, business meetings and presentations
Different kinds of table and seating arrangement along with various stationary are available for participants. For your comfort we offer coffee-breaks, business lunches, dinners, buffets, banquets, etc. all the necessary equipment is provided as well: multimedia projector, screen, flipchart, laptop, audio-system, microphones, access to high speed Internet (Wi-Fi and Ethernet), web-camera.
Our system administrator will provide you with any support needed, advice on any questions and help with a video-conference set-up. Our staff will thoroughly work on the details of your rental and equipment, help you with the menu for coffee-breaks, buffets or banquets to meet your demands.
